At Glade Optics, we want you to see the mountain with total clarity; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your goggles or accessories in their original protective cases and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
